Tour Booking Instruction & Conditions
Please read the following booking conditions with carefully;
Tours that originate in Phnom Penh - travel to Siem Reap and return to Phnom Penh or tour originate in Siem Reap travel to Phnom Penh for onward departure and the other optional excusion can be booked using our online booking form linked here or by using the links included on individual Phnom Penh /Siem Reap tour options pages.
Rates & Package Tours
The Package tours are available for daily departures, depending on the actual flight operation,and other transfer according to the shedules of Phnom Penh and Siem Reap tours may need to be adjusted from that shown. while Non-frontier travel offers a wide selection of hotels, the accommodationcapacity in during the high season may be limited.Non-frontier travel reserves the right to make alternative accommodation arrangements for you should you preferred hotel not available.We will endevor to arrange alternative accommodation at similar categories to your request and notify you of any proposed change.
All Packages Tours include;
- Accommodation base in twin / double sharing room.
- Professional Local English speaking guide is accompanying sightseeing & Tour
- French-German-Spanish-Italian- Russian and other are subject to available and additional costs.
- Transportation by Car-Van-Bus - Coaster coaches with air-conditioning.
- All entrance sightseeing palces fees as program.
- Meal as specified in the programs.
- Drinking water during visit day.
All Packages Tours Exclude;
- Cambodia Entry tourists Visa fee US$ 20 on arrival.
- International - Domestic airfares & airport taxes
- Tips and gratuits
- Refreshments and other personal expenses.
- All kinds of travel insurance policies.
Health - Immigration - Travel document;
You should familiarize yourself with any health and visa requirements.Though information will be mailed in the pre-departure package,you are responsible for all exits, health and other documents require by laws,regulations,orders,demands or other requirents.
Travel Documents;
A valid passport of at least 06 months for entry visa are required. Please have ready passport size photos for any applicable visa application in case.
Tour Leader Benefits;
One tour leader / conductor / organiger would benefit one complementary accommodation ( Twin share room ) for each booking of 15 paying guests, Please direct to Non-Frontier travel for complementary which most hotels are specifying in the different complimentary conditions.

A deposit of 10% according to the pre-invoice for group is required for reservation and confirmation and full payment with final confirmation date is required within 30 days ( for group travelers-GIT ) and (Independence travelers - FIT ) is require within 15 days of the services commence, which should be made by bank transfer of the total balance of your invoice ( International transfer cost to be responsible by you).
Please note that you have a right to receive of complete refund of balance your deposit or payment if any reasons of Non-Frontier travel cancel your program and Non-Frontier travel have a right to ignore any refund or payment if any reason that you have not commence of package and any cancellation in policies following have been not follow-up;
Before 31 days prior notice to the commencement of services for cancellation ( GIT ) and before 15 days for ( FIT ) is required;
A cancellation will be charge for any cancellation of confirmed arrangement according to the case incurred
- 30 days to 21 days( GIT ) and 14days-07days ( FIT )in travel date of services 50 % cancellation charge.
- 20 days-07 days ( GIT ) - less than 07 days ( FIT ) in travel date of services 75%of total balance charge.
- Less than 07days ( GIT ) and less than 03 days (FIT) tothe commencement services Non Refundable.
Liability
Non-Frontier travel acts an intermediary between airlines,hotels,transporta operators and local tourist offices and other service providers. Consequently, Non-Frontier travel can not be held responsible for any loss,injury or damage sustained by tourists,including those occuring outside the tour programs. Additonal expenses incurred due to cancellation or delay,accident,natural disasters,political actions orunrest, must be borne by the tourists.
Tour prgram & prices, services and condition are based on those valid at the time of publication and may be subject to modification without prior notice before or during the tour.Seasonal varifications and changes notified to us well in advance will be reflected in the advertised prices on this web site wherever possible but Non-Forntier travel and or its web site managers accept no liablitity for any delays in presentating updated information,The foregoing terms and conditions and all respects of the relationship between Non-Frontier travel and you shall be governed by the rule of Kingdon of Cambodia. In case of any litigation involving your tour shall be brought only to the courts of Kingdon of Cambodia.
